The Fabergé Big Egg Hunt is the world’s biggest egg hunt, with over 260 egg sculptures individually created by leading artists and designers by the likes of Jeff Koons, Tracey Emin, Bruce Weber, Julian Schnabel, Carolina Herrera, Peter Beard, Zaha Hadid and Ralph Lauren.

Each one is an egg shaped masterpiece waiting to be found.

The sculptures will be placed across the five boroughs of New York City. 

All proceeds raised from The Big Egg Hunt New York will benefit two charities: The Elephant Family and Agnes Gund’s Studio in a School. For more information please visit www.studioinaschool.org and  www.elephantfamily.org.

Coming April 30 - May 4, the Pictoplasma Festival and Conference on Contemporary Character Design and Art celebrates its 10 year anniversary, with a specially immersive program of more than 20 awe-inducing artist presentations and back-to-back conference lectures, 100+ freshly hatched animations illuminating the big screen, endless exhibition fun, immeasurable inspiration and loads of confetti. Join the festivities and meet the avantgard of today’s image creation, mingle with like-minded spirits and dive head-on into an insightful and inspiring week full of exhibitions, creativity, knowledge, networking, and – of course – a big birthday party!

David Fischer is part of this great group show in Los Angeles, organized by Galerie für Moderne Fotografie.

For the exhibition Ping Pong, German photography duo Nada Lottermann and Vanessa Fuentes (above) shot images and sent them to photographer friends around the world. These partners then sent back images inspired by the first ones. The pairs are now on display at BOLD Room, a new gallery in downtown LA.
